In January 2026 he became the first Romanian in the UK to be honoured at Westminster with the British Citizen Medal, recognising his exceptional service to both the Romanian diaspora and British society.
As Ambassador for the West Midlands Crimestoppers Committee, Julian champions crime-prevention initiatives, fostering trust between law enforcement and local residents. His work bridges cultural divides, promotes social cohesion and empowers vulnerable groups through outreach, education and community-driven projects.
